Shipping policy

 

Please allow 3-5 business days to ship out Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) through USPS. Delays due to natural causes such as inclement weather are out of our control and not the responsibility of the company. 

For guaranteed overnight and express deliveries, orders must be placed before 11pm EST and the appropriate shipping method (FedEx or UPS NextDayAir) must be selected.  

 

PriorityMail is NOT a guaranteed delivery service, it is considered and expected time frame. The USPS does not make a guarantee for time on this service. Only Express shipping options are considered guaranteed delivery time frames. 

Orders are shipped using the appropriate selected shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location.

Customers are responsible for all taxes.

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within the Philadelphia area. For orders under $20, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 12pm-5pm on Week days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
