Refund policy

All returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Contact us at notabadlifee@gmail.com to submit a return request. Once approved, a confirmation email with further instructions will be sent.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment. 

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of not a bad life;

  

FAULTY ITEMS:  If you receive any defective items, please contact not a bad life; immediately. Customers may be asked to send a photograph of the damage in order to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Once inspected and approved by not a bad life; items will be replaced and only refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
